HEC-EFM Plotter 1.0

The Windows setup package contains version 1.0 of HEC-EFM Plotter. HEC-EFM Plotter is an accessory for HEC-EFM and is activated via a menu option in that software. HEC-EFM Plotter and HEC-EFM are offered as separate install packages so future versions can be prepared and released independently. HEC-EFM Plotter is only compatible with version 2.0 of HEC-EFM.
