Project Management Activities included developing and updating the Project Management Plan (PMP); coordinating and documenting quarterly calls; tracking and reporting monthly updates to USACE HQ on the ERC obligations and expenditures; reporting on current and future planning budgets and projects in OMB's Folio system; and any other DOD or USACE CECI requirements, such as preparing and presenting at the Investment Review Board (IRB); and assisting with various CECI data calls and participating in web meetings with CECI.

In FY24, the team started using Jira software to track activities for the CWMS and WMES programs. Epics were established for each major category, with tasks and subtasks developed for each activity listed in the PMP. The team was responsible for logging hours and tracking progress of each task/subtask throughout the year. Progress was reviewed continuously throughout the year and discussed during regular team meetings. This effort helped to keep the team on track and determine if funding needed to be shifted between tasks as work was completed.
