Project Management Activities included developing and updating the Project Management Plan (PMP); coordinating and documenting quarterly calls, tracking, and reporting monthly updates to USACE HQ on the ERC obligations and expenditures; reporting on current and future planning budgets and projects in OMB's Folio system; and any other DOD or USACE CECI requirements such as preparing and presenting at the Investment Review Board (IRB), assisting with various CECI data calls and participating in web meetings with CECI.
