This guide focuses on the required data, setup, and analysis of CWMS model outputs and the computation of AFDR from those outputs. The assumption is made that technical expertise to run, calibrate, and interpret each of the CWMS models exists. This requires a wide range of knowledge, including but not limited to: data acquisition; hydrology; water management operations; hydraulics; and economic impacts on structure and agricultural inventories. Due to the wide range of expertise required, it is recommended that district personnel interpret, evaluate, and execute this guide within a cross-functional team.
