Tested with: 2025.12.29-develop

• Went over running multi param ratings from last time
• make sure you enter number of pages in the page-size field NOT page. Page is returned from a given response.
• GET
• by ID: Worked well
• /ratings/template - Works, can be slow with MANY ratings. Make sure to set mask if looking for specifics. Consider page-size.
• POST /ratings/template - Got error : https://github.com/USACE/cwms-data-api/issues/1521
• POST /ratings/spec - got same error, updated 1521 to mention
• GET /ratings/metadata -
• Query with no params set gives error: https://github.com/USACE/cwms-data-api/issues/1522
• What does /metadata offer that /spec does not? Intended to return spec and template in one endpoint?
• Answer in docs what are templates, specs, metadata for both devs and endusers. Why would someone want a spec? Template?
• GET /ratings/{rating-id}/latest
• Retrieves the latest rating by ID
