OpenDCS - testing the web UI

You can test the web UI using this url: https://cwms-opendcs.dev.cwbi.us/login

Before clicking 'Login with cwbi-oidc-pkce',  select your office, under Organization as shown below.

Login with your CAC, click 'Login with cwbi-oidc-pkce', to set the initial account,  The contact Mike Neilson to have roles assigned.
