When you first open CWMS-Vue, either by connecting to a database or loading a DSS file, the Time Series tab is your central workspace. Here you’ll find a complete “Catalog” of every time-series record available in your chosen data source, laid out in a familiar table format. No filters are applied by default, so you can see the full scope of data at once. It is also from The Time Series Tab that you can utilize any of the Pathname Filters described in the Introduction.
Its use extends beyond simple browsing, the Time Series tab makes it easy to organize and view your data. You can Create Groups of related Time series on the fly as well as plot data or tabulate date for a quick visual check or edit. In this way, the Time Series Tab is the gateway to filtering, grouping, visualizing, and reporting on all of your time-series information.
