Part A of the Data Editing in CWMS Using HEC-MetVue tutorial walks the user through setting up the workshop watershed within the CWMS CAVI and demonstrates how to trim QPF grids to limit the time period where forecast precipitation is included. Trimming a multi-day QPF beyond a one-day outlook may sometimes be desirable given the extra uncertainty after the first day of the forecast.
