The Tools menu contains various data analysis and computational tools. It also provides access to the program Plugins interface.
Tools Menu Commands
Action
Calibrate Image…
Used to open the Calibrate Image editor. This selection will be disabled if no Map Window has the focus.
Depth-Area-Duration Tool
Used to open the 'Depth-Area-Duration' analysis tool. This selection will be disabled if no Map Window has the focus.
Hyetographs Surface Creation Tool
Used to take an aggregate TIN or a series of TINs with relatively long timespans and convert it/them to a series of disaggregated TINs that respect the temporal distribution of a given set of hyetographs or a defined temporal pattern. This selection will be disabled if no Map Window has the focus.
Transform TIN Temporal Distribution...
Allows converting the time-step of one or more TINs or grids, based on a user-specified distribution. See Temporal Transformation Tool.
Launch MetInterp Dialog...
Launches the MetInterp tool for interpolating between point gage data.
Plugins
This command displays the Plugin Editor which allows the enabling and disabling of various I/O and storm analysis plugins in the program.
