The order of program execution within HEC-RTS is a fundamental part of the watershed setup, which you defined from the Setup module. You need to decide on the program order (Figure 1) early on in your setup, and if you change the order after a forecast has been configured, then the flow of data will be disrupted and results will be invalidated.
