This PMP outlines the scope of work and budget estimates for WMES and CWMS activities in FY26. It also serves as a guide for monitoring project progress.
As the WMES/CWMS Developer, HEC provides regular updates to the CURG, including:
Quarterly updates during scheduled conference calls
An annual update during the in-person meeting
Meeting notes and status reports from each CURG meeting are discussed at the following WMES/CWMS AG meeting. These documents are also posted to the appropriate SharePoint sites:
HEC also provides monthly updates to HQUSACE on WMES/CWMS obligation and expenditure schedules and enters status updates into OMB’s Folio system (a Capital Planning and Investment Control application). These updates fulfill DOD and USACE CECI reporting requirements.
FY26 milestones and deliverables tracked in the Folio system are listed in Appendix A. Additionally, HEC conducts internal project reviews through monthly monitoring of the activities outlined in this PMP.
