This PMP contains scope of effort and budget estimates for WMES and CWMS work in FY24 and can be used as a guide for monitoring progress. HEC also provides updates to the CURG during the quarterly conference calls and an annual update during the CURG meeting in July. Notes and status reports from each CURG meeting are briefed at the follow-up AG meeting. Notes and status reports will also be placed on the appropriate SharePoint sites: WMES/CWMS AG, WMES/CWMS CURG, or Water Management CWMS Knowledge Management Portal.

HEC also provides monthly updates to HQUSACE on the WMES/CWMS obligation and expenditure schedules and provides status updates in OMB's Folio system (a Capital Planning and Investment Control (previously eCPIC) application). This satisfies any other DOD or USACE CECI reporting requirements. The FY24 milestones and deliverables that are tracked and reported in Folio are shown in Appendix A.
