The team will assist districts during COOP exercises when needed. The team will also investigate options this FY for Redundancy and Continuation of Service once cloud migration is complete.
General IT Support
HEC continues to coordinate with G6 in support of various efforts. Some of the major efforts include coordination regarding terminal services, App Portal, STIGs, satisfying ATO requirements, CCRI, database support, patching of OS and DB, network access and accounts, as well as roles. It is expected that access privileges will be a key topic, due to the need for timely service during outages or disruptions.
