Project Management Activities

Project Management activities include updating the PMP, coordinating and documenting quarterly calls, tracking and reporting monthly updates on the ERC obligations and expenditures to USACE HQ, reporting on current and future planning budgets and projects in OMB's Folio system, and assisting with various CECI data calls. Other activities include presenting at the Council of Colonels (CoC) and Investment Review Board (IRB) meetings.

CWMS is registered in the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS), a system the Army uses to track IT investments. There are multiple data calls throughout the year to update the APMS system and accompanied higher reporting requests.
