Out of Scope Work

Any work not specifically outlined in this Project Management Plan is considered out of scope. This includes activities such as special working sessions, additional operations support beyond the standard level of effort, special project requests, and broader national infrastructure efforts - such as DoD Information Assurance (IA) compliance, DoD IT initiatives, server modernization, or new directives from CECI or OMB.

Undertaking out-of-scope work may impact the delivery of planned commitments if resources must be redirected to support these additional efforts.
