After logic is defined, the Scenario Builder can be used to make Alternatives. Alternatives are listed in the Alternatives interface (Figure). Alternatives are defined based on name and user-selected communities, boundary condition (optional), layout, data control set, selection of data set for each data type, snap map (optional), and hatchery plan (optional). Alternative names must be unique for an application. The Data Summary button is envisioned to show a summary of the time periods covered by imported data sets and related variables but has not been coded yet.
