Instructions

  1. Click on this link.
  2. Select "Download" or "Open File" – and from the Save As browser window, navigate to a location for which YOU HAVE WRITE-ACCESS and is outside your user area. 
    1. Recommended: C:\Programs
  3. Click Save.
  4. Navigate in File Explorer to the location you saved the file. Right-click on the downloaded file and select Extract All. Set your desired path (e.g., C:\Programs\FDA) and click Extract.
  5. Open the folder for the extracted file and find the "HEC.FDA.View.exe". Either:
    1. Double-click to open FDA, or
    2. Right-click and drag the EXE to create a shortcut on your desktop. Double-click on the shortcut to open the HEC-FDA software.
  6. Pin the opened software to your taskbar.
  7. Accept and close the Terms and Conditions dialog.
