One of the features of the Hydrologic Engineering Center’s Flood Damage Reduction Analysis (HEC-FDA) software is to use graphical frequency curves and include the uncertainty about those curves. This technical reference manual to HEC-FDA describes the methods used in computing the uncertainty about graphical frequency curves.
