Fiscal Year 2023
Table 1, provides the Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) PROSPECT (Proponent-Sponsored Engineer Corps Training) training program for the Hydrologic Engineering Center (CEIWR-HEC). The PROSPECT training program is provided through the USACE Learning Center (ULC). The ULC is located in Huntsville, Alabama and if you are interested in one or more of the courses, please let the training program lead in your District/Division know so they can report your interest to the ULC.

Fiscal Year 2024
The PROSPECT program for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) begins with the first class in November, 2023. Please note, if the FY24 class you are interested in is already filled, it never hurts to inquire with the ULC about joining a class. Sometimes people cancel and you might be able to join the class if they do.
Table 2, provides the proposed FY24 PROSPECT training program for the Hydrologic Engineering Center. The PROSPECT training program is provided through the ULC.
