Overview

There are four ways to add data to a project:

Manual Data Entry

Import from USGS

Import from HEC-DSS

Import from CSV

Behavior common to all four tools

Each tool opens as a component in the center panel, and each is a singleton — invoking it a second time brings the existing tab forward rather than opening a duplicate, meaning that only one instance of each utility can be open at a time.

All four are wizards operated through various numbers of steps using Back / Next / Cancel and a finish button along the bottom. The finish button is disabled until the current step validates. The finish label differs per tool and is noted in each section.
