Adaptation Coefficient Limiter

The suspended-load adaptation coefficient α_s may be related to the near-bed sediment concentration c_b by c_b = α_sC_s where C_s is the depth-averaged suspended sediment concentration. Since it is not reasonable for the near-bed concentration to be larger than the bed concentration, it follows that the adapatation coefficient should be limited as
