Right-click on the link above and click open in new tab (or window).
Select "Download" or "Open File" – and from the Save As browser window, navigate to a location YOU HAVE WRITE-ACCESS(not your user area).
Recommended: C:\Programs
Click Save.
Navigate in File Explorer to the location you saved the file. Right-click on the downloaded file and select Extract All. Set your desired path (e.g., C:\Programs\FDA) and click Extract.
Open the folder for the extracted file and find the "HEC.FDA.View.exe". Either:
Double-click to open FDA, or
Right-click and drag the EXE to create a shortcut on your desktop. Double-click on the shortcut to open the HEC-FDA software.
