This chapter discusses in detail how to use the Curve Combination Analysis editor in HEC-SSP. A curve combination analysis can be used to estimate a best fit frequency curve from multiple sources. Curve combination analyses can be used with nearly any type of data that can be stored within DSS. This includes flow, stage, precipitation depth, and wind speed data as well as other data types. Results from previously-computed Bulletin 17 and General Frequency analyses can be imported in a curve combination analysis. Also, frequency curves can be manually defined.
