The following is an overview of the menu bar for the Modeling module. The File, View, Tools, Windows, and Help menus are discussed in Overview of the CWMS Interface. The command available from the Forecast menu will allow you to create/edit/delete forecasts; run forecasts daily so you can review conditions during an event; and, post results to the CWMS database. Further details regarding CWMS forecast, refer to CWMS Forecasts.

Forecast

From this menu you can create, edit, open, save, delete and archive forecasts; review information about the active forecast; post active forecast results to the database; and compute all models or compute individual models.

Available commands are: New, Open, Recent, Continue, Compute Manager, Run Selector, Edit Time Window, Information, Extract, Post, Logs, Close, Save, Archive, Delete, Restore, Default Time Window, Model Linking, Forecast Scheduler, Scheduled Forecast Manager.

The Logs sub-menu allows you to view the log files from extract, post and compute processes. Available commands are: Extract Report, Post Report and Compute.
