The Stream Alignment layer becomes available in the Setup module after a stream alignment has been defined for a watershed. it is also accessible in the Modeling module when a forecast is open. The layer contains three sub-layers: Stream Junctions, Streams, and Stream Nodes. You can view these sub-layers by expanding the Stream Alignment node in the Map Layers editor.

Properties

You can customize the appearance of streams, stream junctions, and stream nodes and their associated labels. You can also set the visualization scale for the Stream Alignment layer.

To access these settings:

  1. Right-click on Stream Alignment in the Map Layers editor.
  2. Select Properties from the shortcut menu, and the Stream Alignment Properties dialog will open.
