Map windows are used to graphically display a watershed, map layers, model alternative schematics, time series icons, visualize data and grid sets, track the acquisition of data, and forecast information. Each module has its own map window, for example, for the Setup module (Figure 1) you have chosen to display the stream alignment and the schematic for a forecast run. From the map window for the Setup module you can edit elements from each of the model alternatives that are part of the selected forecast run.
From the map window for the Modeling module (Figure 1), you are viewing the schematic for the selected forecast run, and from the map window you can view results for each of the model alternatives that are part of the forecast run.
