By default, the HEC-HMS debugging capability in CWMS is turned off. From the HMS tab, you can turn on HEC-HMS debugging. Check the box next to the Debug option, and you will be able to view XML (eXtensible Markup Language) calls from the HEC-HMS software application in the HEC-HMS log file.
