Time Series Icons

Time series icons are displayed in the Map Window of the CWMS CAVI and indicate locations for which data and information are available. The information can be time series data, images, web pages, webcams, scripts, spreadsheets, or other files. Time series data for the icons can be linked to data from  the CWMS database, CWMS Data API (CDA) or an HEC-DSS file. The icons provide easy access for analyzing data and providing location-specific information (e.g., frequently updated pictures of gages, reports on the location). In the Setup module, you will use the Time Series Icon Tool to create and manipulate time series icons.
