MetInterp interpolation and adjustment settings control the distribution of gage data spatially. These settings support running interpolation with multiple methods. These can be specified in a table, where each row is a different interpolator. For each interpolator, there is a Spatial Interpolation MethodVertical Adjustment MethodsTemporal Data Sampling Methods, which can be selected with drop-down menus within the table. Vertical adjustments have a common set of settings. Therefore, two interpolators using Lapse Adjustment will use the same terrain grid and lapse rate. If different vertical adjustment settings are needed for a given analysis, this will require separate control files.
