Meteorological Dataset Editor – Overview

The Meteorological Dataset Editor (Meteorological Dataset Editor – View Selection Tree by Station – View Station Data by Stacked Plot – Example) allows the user to define a meteorological station, or group of stations and specify the atmospheric parameters measured at each station. Each meteorological dataset must have at least one meteorological station,  along with the following parameters for each station: atmospheric pressure, air temperature, humidity, shortwave radiation, cloudiness, and wind speed. The following sections provide an overview of the Meteorological Dataset Editor, including its menu command options.

To open the Meteorological Dataset Editor, from the ResSim main window, navigate to the Water Quality module, and from the Water Quality menu, select Meteorological Data (see Water Quality Module – Water Quality Menu – Meteorological Data Command).
