The Observed Dataset Editor (Figure 7.12) enables the user to identify one water quality observed station or group of stations as an observed dataset, to add constituents and to specify the observed times series or constant value measured at each station. Each observed dataset must have at least one observed station and one constituent for each observed station in the dataset.
