Flood Damages Reduced New Features

Add Levee Reduction Factor to Storage Areas for Without Levee Compute

Upon opening a 3.2.1 FIA model in 3.2.2, the Storage Areas shp file will be rewritten to include a the new levee reduction factor attribute and the values will be set to 1 by default, and the editor only allows values between 0 and 1. These values can be used to reduce the estimated water surface elevations that a levee area will experience in the without levee compute. The in-channel water surface elevation is multiplied by the reduction factor before computing the depth at structures in the leveed area

Bug Fixes

Delete Storage Areas in Storage Area Table Editor

In previous versions of FIA the delete rows action did not function or the Storage Area Editor Table. This is now fixed allowing the user to purge unneeded storage areas from the model.

Edit Structure Globally

Selecting several structures from the map window, and selecting Edit> Edit Structures Globally would results in an exception. This is now fixed allowing a user to modify several structures at once.

Base Year Disappearing from Adjusted Price Index

The base year was disappearing from the Adjusted Price Index tab of the Emergency Planning Zone Editor. This has been resolved.
