HEC-FIA 3.4.1 is a bug fix release to address the agriculture compute issue described below.

The Agriculture compute was found to not use the provided arrival time grid. Instead, the arrival time was assumed to be the start of simulation. This has been updated for FIA 3.4.1
For the Holdout-RAS HDF compute, the label for the entry for "Terrain HDF" was renamed to remove "Optional" to reduce confusion. The path for the terrain should be entered.
When viewing results through RAS Mapper, the word "Beta" was removed from the header.
