3.4.2.01-Beta

• Flood Damage Reduction Project Report now includes Agriculture Damages
• Total Computation Time message added to the Compute Messages

• Warning Message about "Undefined Other Damage Functions" moved from Compute Messages to the log file by default. This message was found to be confusing. 

• Launching HEC-DSSVue directly from HEC-FIA was removed. The latest version of HEC-DSSVue can be downloaded here: https://www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-dssvue/downloads.aspx
• Misleading error message for Flood Damage Reduction Project Report improved. If the DSS file is missing, the Project Report will not generate at all instead of reporting missing holdout records. 
• HEC-FIA updated to Java 21 and the latest HEC shared code libraries. 
• Some crops did not import from the National Agricultural Statistics Service Cropland Data Layer (NASS CDL). All available crops defined in the CDL can now be imported into HEC-FIA. 
• Incorrect Compute Time Message (that showed 0 seconds) removed for Holdout Simulations
