When starting HEC-FIA, double-click the HEC-FIA icon on the desktop of a computer, or from the taskbar click Start, point to All Programs, point to HEC, point to HEC-FIA, and then click HEC-FIA. The splash dialog box for HEC-FIA opens.
The splash dialog box appears for a few seconds, and then the main window of HEC-FIA appears. A user is now ready to start using HEC-FIA.
