Part B - HEC-MetVue Alternative Setup

Two HEC-MetVue alternatives were developed in Part A of this tutorial– NoQPF and QPF.

Part B will now demonstrate how to define the inputs and outputs of the MetVue alternative as well as assigning the Model Alternative Keys:
