As a Data Reader, Reader+ is tasked with loading data into a Map Window. Through the merging process, Reader+ creates a set of spatially and temporally consistent grids. These grids are cached similar to the Dynamic Time Window. This allows data to be loaded into the Map Window, and also be compatible with the Dynamic Time Window and Time-Based Editing. Below is an image of the Reader+ Editor next to the Map Window display of the merged results (Noted that the Reader+ table is minimized for space).

Once the merged data is loaded in the Map Window, the Reader+ Edits tab and the Map Window remain synchronized. This allows for editing the data through the Map Window, of the Graph/Table in the Reader+ Edits tab. For example, if the user adds 1" of precipitation to the image in the Map Window, the Reader+ Graph and Table will reflect the results of that edit. Alternatively, if the user scales the time series in the Reader+ Graph of Table, those edits will be reflected in the Map Window. Whether the data is edited in the Reader+ Editor or Map Window, the edits will be displayed in the Edit Tracking Tool.
