New Example Projects

New example projects have been added to the server. All examples projects are provided for instructional use only and are not representative of actual hydraulic events or risk to the area.

  • Muncie: Muncie is a classic example dataset with highly channelized flow around a leveed city.
  • Escondida: The Escondida model was developed to simulate floodplain inundation for habitat at a river junction.
  • Iao: The Iao model simulates flow through a debris basin and 5-notch structure into a steep flood risk management channel with drop structures.
  • Tuolumne River: The Tuolumne model is experimenting with some of our new meshing tools near the city of Modesto, California.
  • Berryessa 2025 Dambreak: The Berryessa model is a hypothetical dam-break scenario with an inflow hydrograph from Berryessa Dam, near HEC in Davis, California.

For more information, see our Example Projects documentation.
