By checking the Restrict Power Release to at Least (cfs) check box you can define the minimum required release for power. By checking the Only Release for Power if Efficiency is at Least (%) you allow the power plant to release for power only if efficiency is greater than a specific number.
By checking the Restrict Power Release to No More Than (cfs) check box you can define the maximum allowable release for power.
