HEC cannot provide direct technical assistance or support for this software to non-USACE users. In the past, for non-USACE users, HEC had provided a list of possible vendors for assistance or support for HEC software. By direction of USACE counsel HEC has discontinued this practice and has removed the list from our website. Non-USACE individuals should use any internet search engine to locate a vendor that can provide support for the HEC software of interest. However, we will respond to all documented instances of program errors. Documented errors are bugs in the software due to programming mistakes not model problems due to user-entered data.
