The Water Quality Computation Log File is a valuable tool for troubleshooting and identifying periods of instability in the simulation, particularly in the hydrodynamics field. This log file records the simulation settings and provides detailed continuity error information related to both water volume and constituent mass. For each time step, the log includes the water and constituent mass volumes at the start of the time step, as well as data on total system inflow, outflow at external reaches, and lateral inflows, along with the associated continuity errors. The log file can be accessed through the Reports menu in the Simulation module under the Water Quality menu option. Each computed Water Quality Alternative is listed as a submenu, and selecting the submenu will display the Water Quality Computation Log File (Water Quality Output Log).
