The Simulation module functions the same way for both standard HEC-ResSim watersheds and water quality-enabled watersheds. For more information on the Simulation module and other general HEC-ResSim software features, users should refer to the HEC-ResSim Version 4.0 User's Manual. HEC-ResSim simulations generate water quality results, which can be accessed via the map schematic or the Reports menu. These results are presented in various water quality plots, including time series, profile, and color contour plots. Additionally, observed water quality data can be incorporated into these plots. A detailed water quality output log is also available, providing in-depth simulation results. For more details on computing and viewing water quality simulation results, refer to Chapter 14.
