Map Windows are used to graphically display a watershed, map layers, model alternative schematics, and time series icons; visualize data and grid sets; track the acquisition of data; and view forecast information. Each module has its own map window. For example, the stream alignment and the schematic for a forecast run are displayed within the map window for the Setup module. Within the map window for the Modeling module, you can view the schematic for the selected forecast run and review results for each of the model alternatives that are part of the forecast run.
