To utilize the Fill options in the Tabular editor, first open the Tabular Editor by following steps 1-4 on the Editing Data using the Tabular Editor page. Once you are ready to edit please continue.
Highlight the Rows you wish to fill one of two ways
Select the first row you would like to fill, hold down Enter, Select the final row you would like to fill
Click and drag from the first row you wish to fill to the last row
Once the cells are highlighted, right click on a cell to bring up the menu
Select Fill to bring up the Table Fill Options
Select the type of fill you wish to apply to your data
Linear Fill will take the value from the top selected cell and the lowest selected cell; then will fill the cells between them linearly.
Repeat Fill will take the value from the top selected cell and fill all the selected cells with that top value.
Repeat to End will take the top selected value and repeat it in all the cells to the end of the record ( no matter if they are selected or not).
Add a Constant will add the constant value you input into the menu to all selected cells.
Multiple Factor will multiply by the identified menu value to all the selected cells.
