#161 Workshop Virtual Machine Instructions (FY23)

Workshops will take place during the live meetings in breakout rooms on Cisco WebEx. Workshop activities will take place on virtual machines (Apache Guacamole). Each breakout room will share a virtual machine (VM) and folks within the breakout room will take turns as the driver. All software and workshop files will be pre-populated on the virtual machines. It is expected that students work together through the workshop. HEC staff will facilitate the workshops.
