HEC-ResSim Validation and Verification

These documents summarize a series of test cases performed to verify and validate calculations within HEC-ResSim (Hydrologic Engineering Center’s Reservoir System Simulation) software.  The purpose of performing these tests with HEC-ResSim is to demonstrate that the HEC-ResSim computational code is working correctly, compare benchmark to analytical results, and to seek proof of consistency, reproducibility, conservation of mass, etc.
