The HEC-WAT study has already been created for this workshop, please open it following these directions:
1. From the HEC-WAT menu, click File | Open Study. The Open Study dialog box will open. From the Open Study browser window, navigate to RussianRiver_updated.sty and click Open.
2. The HEC-WAT project will load in the HEC-WAT main window.
3. Review the loaded model alternatives for the following models: HMS, Hydrologic Sampling, and ResSim. To review the model alternative by model, from the Study Tree, expand the Models tree node (click the 
sign to expand the tree node) and select each of the three listed models to view the model alternatives.
4. We have 3 model alternatives for three different Models, RR_Precipitation (Hydrologic Sampling), (MCA)Russian River FRA (HMS), and Baseline_F (ResSim). These model alternatives will be used to construct an FRA simulation. Our next step is to create an analysis period that represents our lifecycle duration.
