The release notes for HEC-HMS 4.13 can be found here.

New Features

  • Specified Values Gridded Parameterization
  • Additional Detailed Snow Tool Tips
  • Interpret Additional Units for Initial Snow Depth and SWE State Grids
  • Option to include characteristics with GIS feature export
  • Utilizing HEC-HMS 4.14 with HEC-RTS 3.6, users can now directly access the HEC-HMS snowmelt graphs directly from the HEC-RTS program interface.

Fixed Bugs

Key bug fixes to highlight include:

  • Migration path for project with deleted terrain data
  • Elements reassigned from one zone to another via the map panel can incorrectly show up as unassigned
  • Metrics not calculated when observed flow has missing data
  • Forecast Alternative computing odd results with Rule Based Operations

    This correction will change computed results.

  • Revise calculations for downstream rules in Rule-Based reservoir routing

    This correction will change computed results.

  • Rule-Based Operations Reservoir method error when converting from v4.12 to v4.13
  • Maintain selected filter when displaying Calibration Summary Table results
  • Forecast editors available from right-click menu when no zone configurations selected
