Background

HEC-MetVue reads spatially distributed data for visualization, analysis and processing. HEC-MetVue has the capability to perform spatial computations, such as basin averages using a combination of a dataset along with georeferenced polygon data. These datasets can be provided in a variety of formats, and can be combined temporally to view event totals. Ad hoc time series sampling, with manually drawn points or polygons, can also be used to determine how the precipitation varied through time at an location or area of interest.
