The HEC-RTS development team has some discretion to suggest features to the two groups listed above. Our decision to make recommendations is based, (1) monitoring the important journals publishing research in hydrology, and (2) recurrent expression of user needs and suggestions. When the same need or suggestion is expressed by many different users, then CEIWR-HEC recommends it for inclusion in the software. Priority is given to new features that affect most users.
